Insurance claims & inspections
We are a contracted partner of nine insurers. We report the damage, document it and settle it for you, so you never have to go to the insurer yourself.
Most drivers put off reporting a claim because they picture the paperwork and the wait for an assessor. Auto glass does not work like that. If we have a contract with your insurer, we do the inspection ourselves and the whole thing takes one phone call.
We photograph the damage the way your insurer requires, add the details from the registration document, write the report up and file it electronically. The insurer issues a cover note and pays for the glass and the fitting directly to us. You sign the handover sheet and drive off.
We know the limits of the individual policies. We know where the excess is zero, where it is five per cent, when a claim is worth making and when you are better off paying out of your own pocket. Before you sign anything, we do the sums with you, so the decision does not come back to bite your no-claims bonus a year later.
If your insurer is not on our list, that is not a problem either. We issue the documents every insurer in Slovakia accepts: an itemised invoice, photo documentation and a copy of the glass certificate.
