Side & rear glass
After a break-in or a damaged door window we get the car back on the road the same day.
A broken side window is a double nuisance. You cannot leave the car parked anywhere and the interior is full of sharp fragments. That is why we push these jobs to the front of the queue and in most cases manage them on the day you ring.
Tempered glass shatters into thousands of pieces that drop into the door, under the seats and into the air vents. We vacuum the interior with an industrial vacuum, the window mechanism included. Skip that and the fragments keep falling out of the door for months.
On rear windows we also check that the heating elements and the aerial connection still work. Once the glass is in, we test the demist and the radio reception, so you do not find out on the first frosty morning that something is dead.
